Hey Breh's,

I always lurk these threads, but I could never remember my password to log in & post. Judging from the posts here, the common goal is losing fat. Everyone wants a 6pack, but many don't know what foods to eat to achieve this. Getting ripped isn't as hard as you may think.

Diets here are looking flabby & sick, so ask me what you want to know, and I'll critique accordingly. I dont know how to embed, check my instagram for pics: warren_ripped

I eat this for breakfast every morning, it only takes 5 mins literally

2/3 cup large raw flake oats (large flake because it doesnt get mushy)
1-1.5 scoop whey protein powder, i use Optimum Nutrition, GOld Standard Cookies & Cream
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 or 1/2 chopped banana to sweeten it

Boil some water in a kettle and pour in about 1-1/14 cup, mix it all together.

Macro Count:
Whey - 150 cals, 2-5g carb, 0 fat
Oats - 240 cals, 40g carbs, 6g fat, 8g protein
PB - 80 cals, 0 carb, 8g fat, 4g protein
Almonds - 200 calories, 12g fat, 14g carb, 9g protein
1/4 Banana - 25 cals, 9g carb,

As you can see this is 700 calories. I believe in making breakfast your largest meal of the day, as this gives your body the entire day to digest in. Some people make the mistake of making dinner their largest meal, this is not good for your body as it isnt given enough time to digest it correctly, and distribute the macro nutrients accordingly.

Coming onto a forum and saying most of your diets are :flabbynsick: and then saying ask me anything... Made me laugh...

He doesn't have any information that I don't already know( I have multiple fitness certs that I got as a hobby)... Telling from what he posted in the second part, he isn't saying anything most of the forum hasn't gone over yet either...

I just thought it was funny how he popped up like

lol, Im here tryna help bruh's - quit hating. Nah forreal, give me a note by note on how to post pics and I'll have a leg pic up by the end of the night. Im actually going to legs tonight. My legs are shredded too bruhs.

But seriously, ask some questions - I'm tryna drop knowledge, I was once a rookie as well, asking more experienced people for tips - only way youll learn.

Bro, why are you reading so deeply into this. I said "most", I never mentioned anyone specifically. But I've seen people asking things like "I want to get abs, but I dont want to do any cardio", "do you need to drink protein shakes", "how many grams of protein should I intake per day". All I was trying to say is I've kinda gotten this thing down to the science, I sit sub 10% bf year round, even while bulking - just trying to spread knowledge. The flabby & sick reference was merely my fav piece of coli vernacular that I wanted to throw in.

I am more interested in your lifting routine/split than your diet to be honest :ehh:
