good looks man...I don't eat white bread, rice none of that...mostly everything whole grainDo situps, stay away from carb intensive or fatty cards e.g. bread, beer, white pasta, dough/pizza etc. Stick to clean carbs - sweet potato, oats, brown rice. That and do core strengthening exercises, crunches and situps are crucial - do a couple hundred every other day to keep the core tight. Tight core is the cornerstone of other exercises
can you recommend any machines to use in the gym also?





Obviously its not thirteen pounds of muscle or fat.
