The gym can shape and mold what’s already back there, that’s it.
Like a back, bicep, pectoral, quadricep, or hamstring, butts can be built. There are levels though. If you had no butt, built something in the gym working the glute medius and maximus as well as the hip aductors, you will grow. If you have slightly more bodyfat on you as well, thing can be plump. You can also grow some butt, keep the diet in check, and slim in the waist enough that the minimal growth makes a bigger difference now. There are lots of variables to "new booty."
