Ground turkey at Trader Joe’s went from 2.79 to 3.99 and they used to be one of the BEST affordable places to shop. I guess it still beats 5.99 anywhere else

Come on..I eat those big ass pack of Purdue and Heritage wings you see at Walmart, Kroger, Vons, Ralph in one setting. I fukking love wings. I air fry them..I was putting them in a deep fryer before I went completely air fryer. Sometimes I do actually use my stove and out them in there while I make macaroni and biscuits. I eat bananas with wings..lol. All kind of wild shyt

I'm not sure..let me check my Walmart +recipts..let me see..I just add them and don't even think about it..let's see
$15.51 for a big pack a few months ago..I keep getting alot of those medium ones that are $13.50.

It's not cheaper that going with a meal prep company though.
That's what I do, 120$ a week and I get 9 high protein complete full meals.
And not like those meal prep companies that give you a small box and you still hungry, i'm talking about a full ass meal, cause I got a big appetite.
