Depends on the type and cut of meat. You can get a 12 pack of chicken thighs for $5.

Your paying for convenience with those processed joints.

Not the store.

Whole foods are unrefined (or unprocessed), which means that they are as close to their natural form as possible. Think fresh fruit, vegies, eggs, whole grains, or a lean cut of meat or chicken. Processed foods, on the other hand, have been modified in a food processing plant.

:gucci: I feel like I’m being trolled.

Breh, when you buy fresh meat, veggies or fruit from any grocery store that is considered Whole Foods. They haven’t been processed.

Now if you buy, Stouffer’s Lasagna or deli meat, that is considered processed foods. Processed foods have other stuff added to them at a food plant before they get to you.

Its crazy mu groceries went from $100 a week to $250 a week
But why? The cost of groceries didn’t go up 150%. Yes, it’s more expensive but nowhere near that. Let’s just say I have a pretty big family and the cost difference really is about 15-20% from a few years ago. $100 of groceries back then cost about $120 now. I have always tracked my money to the penny and this is what my apps/spreadsheets tell me
