Since the question is "who's a better rapper?" Doom without question. If it was who's a better rapper/producer that's a better question and I could see an argument for RZA at his peak, RZA produced some really dope songs for himself and his solo catalog actually has a lot of heat.

Doom is one of my all time favorite rappers and I know most wouldn’t agree but RZA ranks high on Wu tang songs for just having those moments.
As much as I love Doom I’m leaning to RZA. Doom was pretty one dimensional but he was great at that one thing. RZA is far more versatile as an MC and he has some of my favorite Wu verses. Plus songs like A Day to God is 1000 years and Sunshower.
