A lot of people of all creeds and colors ain't diligent.
A lot of people of all creeds and colors ain't focused.
Those same people will limit themselves due to their limitations (sometimes self-imposed) and point the finger at some boogeyman or another for their lack of social mobility.
They also tend to surround themselves with people of the same mindset due to the "Birds of a feather" effect.

Are you nikkas even trying. I literally lost my $91k job fukking around and stealing time but I know for a fact I’ll find a better job that will pay me a 10%-15% increase in salary if I brush up my skills, bide my time and stay diligent.

You’d be surprised what happens when you have some diligence. I went from 75k to 90k in 6 months, then 95 and up to 125k 18 months later. I’m starting a new job that’s taken me to over 130k another year later. Not very long ago I was on a completely different trajectory but I kept focused and made a plan, then I kept that shyt to myself.
I come from mom ducking landlords, using food banks and lying that I wasn’t hungry because we didn’t have enough food growing up. Living in old motels/hotels, being damn near homeless. And now I’m here further than I ever thought.

Once I realized I didn't care to learn anything new as far as skills. I tried getting into IT and I just couldnt make myself do it. Once I had kids, it was hard to dedicate myself to anything unless I just left them with strangers all the time (which costs money)
Tried day-trading, but couldnt commit to the time it takes due to obligations I have in life.
So I realized that unless I get lucky, I'll be where I'm at.

6 Figure is a dream to most and the ceiling for the rest of us.
Even at 6 figures, for most that's a nice crib, car and clothes. Dine out and travel a little bit. But it's far from having enough money to invest or flip it into something that's life changing. 401k plans, a good job might let you be able to relax a little bit at 65.
But for some reason we think Wealth is in our future.
I think once we all realizing we all average to can come together, maybe married, pull together and maybe build towards living better.

Never. lmfao. My cousin was 36 years old and living with his moms, never had a job and turned that shyt around, now four years later-- makes six figures. Married with a house. I've had clients in their mid 40's switch careers.
It's out there for anyone. Thinking self-defeatist doesn't give you anything but stress. If what you want is basic middle-class, there is still a way to live in there. If you want to make bread, bread, still a way to get it. Like half the richest people on earth got there by bullshytting anyway, Who says you can't do the same for just a fraction of what they make?
