I go to church every Sunday and Bible study every Wednesday, I tithe every week, fast and all that and my life is going well. Was blessed with a godly woman who is now my fiance and we pray and go to church together, were both out in the community helping out with outreach BBQs, donations to homeless shelters, counselling etc. I love my church and the people ive been blessed to meet, friendships formed, people I consider my second family.

Keep thinking all black Christians are some Mon to SAT freaks who repent on sunday, docile negros who are barely getting by and pray to "white daddy" in the sky.

So why have white Christians been some of the most violent and dominating individuals in known history? Maybe it's not the religion.

Christianity in the AA community is white supremacy in disguse. We need to study our own version of Christ and picture him in our image

I attend a church that I'd basically all black, pastor preaches sbkut investing , budgeting , saving all things that are in the Bible, community events, outreach.


Like I said their are thousands of churches out there brcsyse you went to one and havd a bad experience.

I can tell you now, your preacher did not spend an entire sermon on investing, budgeting, and what ever else. I'd put the farm on that!

And what he did speak of it, he spoke of Christians 2000 years ago doing it.

I never said I had a bad experience, I've been to too many church's. I know the church format well. My family is filled with preachers. I was supposed to be a preacher.

I'm aware there are plenty of well to do Christians. Some because they're lives were together any way, and some because of relationships built in the church.

It still doesn't answer, what does the church do to advance our community.
