Start taking medication asap. Usual suspects: Vitamin C, D, zinc and Dayquil/Theraflu.
There's no downside to taking these medications even if you're not sick, unless you're naturalist/purist that doesnt like taking medication.
Key thing here is reducing your viral load and giving your immune system a chance to fight back.

The virus causes inflammation of the lungs. Dexamethasone is steroid that serves as an anti-inflammatory agent. Its one of the safer drugs out there, they been using it for decades and shyt for other stuff.
Nonetheless, since there's no anti-viral, any natural remedies that improve immune function and/or relieve symptoms should be part of the regiment.

Dam I was about to fly my mom up from Texas too for my wedding. Hope all my Texas brehs and brehettes stay safe. My best friend down there just got it and his mom too. I was down in SA last month and couldn't believe all the restaurants were open and no one was wearing masks
