I remember watching the first at the Imax theater in Times Square. Thought it was one of best movies in the past decade.:ohlawd:.

I watched it again 6 years later, and convinced that it was easily the worst movie I had ever seen .

Unobtainium? Really?:mjlol:

Needless to say, probably going to be a Pass here.

Same here, got sucked in by the hype and loved it in the moment but then you start seeing all the holes and bullshyt pretty quick after. It ages as bad as any movie I've ever watched.

Can't be worse than Dr Strange or She-Hulk
Somehow it is. Being forgettable is worse than being bad imo. :manny:

Other than 3D effects I also imagine people can relate to the dysfunctional family angle
That's only on the second one.

I thought about going to the movies just to get that high-quality movie experience again, but then I tried remembering what the first movie was all about.

I couldn't even remember the blue guy had a chick, let alone the antagonist or wtf the movie was about. 2012 did what Avatar 1 wanted to do better.:mjlol:
