They honestly could’ve kept this shyt. This movie wasn’t necessary.
Outside of Spider’s storyline (which easily could’ve been folded into the last film) there wasn’t enough substance here to justify a whole movie.
It really feels like they should’ve skipped ahead to the time jump that’s supposed to happen in the fourth film and moved the story forward from there.

Most pointless third entry ever
But srsly the action and effects were on point as usual. Plotwise it was the most mundane of the three and you can tell it was filmed b2b from The Way of Water. I thought the latter was different enough to stand by itself as a good Avatar movie. This one was waaaaaay too much of a piggyback. They didn't do enough to differentiate the Ash () people besides being some violent hooligans. This should of been incorporated majorly in the area they were going to show in Pandora.
The main Ash woman is absolute trash BTW. Lesson to be learned that if you give a b**** a uzi and stand on business while d'ing her down she'll fall in line lol. Quaritch is still a major hater, the amount of fakes out were od, but the family moments were nice.
Doesn't need another movie end the series.
Yep, Avatar was always sold as each film visiting a different part of Pandora but they did not spend nearly enough time with the fire people, it felt like way of water 2.5

the ending visual credits in the movie were beautiful

This was a mess albeit a fun and entertaining mess
My original score was 6.5 out of 10, but
some of the action scenes are visually on another level so I bumped it up to 7

Took me until this movie to notice how bad the main actor is with hiding his Australian accent.
