That leak sounds ridiculous, it’s a million things happening at once. Honestly. They should have just went straight into X-Men. fukk the universe and explaining anything just jumped into it. Figure out the rest later.

The Xmen do pop up in this tho... this and secret wars will reveal the xmen... :francis:

This will make money, but be a disappointment as many factors went into this...
  • Feige should have stepped down Endgame because burnout was going to happen.
  • The MCU should have stopped for a few years after Chadwick's death because he was a key part.
  • Too many projects that were interconnecting.
  • The mad scramble after Majors firing.
This is a very disorganized buildup to a Avengers movie that has 0 build, with the promise of Dr. Doom, in which the casual fan has no idea of except for people in the know... and even then the announcement of Downey Jr. coming back gave impressions of a project in major trouble.
All they had to do was follow the Jonathan Hickman run of avengers and focus on the incursions destroying the multiverse and made it like a countdown of movies before the final incursion hits earth-616 it shouldn't have been this complicated

What do you think about the director from Thunderbolts (Jake Schreier) directing the MCU X-men?

not good. it's gonna have too much "bro humor" :hhh: plus they are going off his thunderbolts' fight scenes which are ok but not great.

thunderbolts action was ok but not top shelf.

power design for the x-men has to be done right, especially cyclops and i don't think he has the vision for that.

marvel repeating the same mistakes.

That run is like a road map to another 10 year run of big movies and TV shows and I'll never understand why they didn't want to follow it.

That supposed leak had too much going on. I'm too :flabbynsick: for some Pepperidge Farms Remembers shenanigans. It also made damn near every hero look dumb as a box of rocks in order to advance the main plot.
