Welp too expensive for me. shyt my BM is a nurse practitioner and just got a house. But she wants to stay in Dallas. I kept asking why she didn’t move to Bedford or euless but she’s close to work and my sons in a good school so it is what it is. Meanwhile I’m in Oklahoma in a 5 bedroom in the sticks.

almost impossible on west coast, most banks removed fha services (chase being main one) and the banks that still offer it, now want closing costs where prior FHA covered closing costs for most people.

My brother has put in a bid in dozens of houses but then rich people just buy them out cash over listing price as another example..

in 2014 I was looking at nice apartments ON THE STRIP (near southpoint) for $800 a month for 2 bed room 2 bath

them mafukkas $1500+ now houses available have basically tripled in past few years

Yeah I remember it used to be hella cheap to live in Vegas my first time out there was around that time 2013-14…I had a home girl staying off of Maryland Parkway paying $575 for a two bedroom I was shocked as shyt
