Htown where all the apt prices at. Best part is mfs prolly not gone try you unless you flexing unnecessarily, and you gotta be doing it a lot to make yourself a target.

1br under 800 and 2br under 1200. Make your own decisions but apparently in this environment, prices are negotiable depending on your credit
I fell in love with Houston when I visited....seriously considering moving there

sorry fam them days are done. the displaced are floating around everywhere now.
that's a good thing because as we're seeing now american democracy doesn't work if people are concentrated in a small number of areas. when every state gets 2 senators we need a lot more people in those barren states because they have way too much power now.

Any desirable metro area is now damn near on par with NYC expense wise especially if you fall into the category of not owning a car in NYC.

you gonna pay 1200-1500 in the Dallas are (rent for example)

most people then paying $400 car note +$200 x month in gas + $150 in maintenance +parking/maintenance/registration

For me to just pay $1800 x month in NYC. If I need to get around every day that metro card is $127 a month and in my situation I don’t have to pay that because I work remotely

They already on that wave. You seen that shyt they building in Carrollton and Frisco?

And with these garbage condos. shyt starting to look like a mini version of chicago.
Yep. Last time I was visiting Texas, they were going up all over Dallas and Houston. The Texas cities won't be as expensive as the coasts for a while. But I can see them getting to Chicago prices. Especially in the intown areas.
