BTW Picard Season 2 appears to be traditional trek based on the trailer. Q, Seven living a life without her Borg Implants, etc. Theres a also time travel where they appear to go to 21st Century LA. TNG/DS9/YOY all have time travel episodes.


My only beef with new trek is in Picard with the usage of the Borg. They teased the Borg in the S1 trailer and the usage of them was underwhelming. I wanted to see the reactivated drones going HAM assimilating those fakkit Romuins... instead they got sucked into space

Man they was doing way too much I know that Patrick Stewart was bored with trek and they had to do certain shyt to get him back but idk if it was worth it. Season 2 might be good idk it looks like it has potential.

They did some similar shyt in star trek discovery. I was getting into the series and out of nowhere they made two dudes into a couple. That shyt felt forced like they were trying to hit a quota. I lost interest in season 2 and bounced.
