If you've ever been to a gun range, you know how serious they are about pointing a gun, loaded or not, in another person's direction. If someone dies due to your negligence, that's a fukking crime.

from what I saw he was holding and cleaning the gun against his torso with her sitting a little to the back and left of him. she looks to have been there with him. she is not handling a weapon at the time just sitting beside. gun fires and she hits the ground. he is looking at his arm i think but I didn't see multiple shots.

We cannot have these slick ass cacs with fake misfires trying to take us out while we train to defend ourselves. One of the first things they teach you at gun ranges/training is to keep your weapon aimed down range not to the side or aimed at anybody.
