And that's what allowed Obama to skate 8 years without doing anything significant of the black community. First four years-- ' well he just is waiting until the elections. he's playing chess, not checkers yall. Once he gets that second term, he's going to shake things up.' Second term-- 'what can he do? He can't force the house and senate to do anything. Such and such is blocking him. We just gotta wait until he gets out of office.' Now he's out of office, "What can he really do?" If he won't stand up and specifically mention his own people like he will with the Asians and Jews, don't even comment because I already know they are going to try to take the focus off of black people getting killed and shift it into some rant about gun control or underserved minorities when those other minorities get addressed directly.
