Look at it this way....you saying the team would be young,personally I don't think that woulda mattered when u have the greatest pg of all time....but even with that you gotta consider the fact they won't make the same moves they made without Magic,that they would've made with Magic knowing they were competing for a title every year....and you not taking into account the idea of playing with Magic surely woulda bought in nice veteran pieces.....its a competetive team w/ Magic on the roster and the front office would treat it as such.
You said it yourself he took that Lakers team to the finals to meet the Bulls that you say didn't belong.....if he could do that I just don't get why you brush it off as unlikely....if u know Magic is the goat I don't see how you don't think Magic coulda got a couple more rings....he had a good 3 or 4 years left in prime form....and probaly another 2 where he sees the drop off before having to retire.....that's a good 6 yrs left.
Magic got 5 rings in 11 yrs browe supposed to believe he couldn't get 2 more in 6

No more Worthy and Kareem....waiting on Young Vlade and Elden Campbell....I seriously doubt the Lakers with Magic doing the heavy carrying would have had anything for the Bulls or even the Sonics of that time for that matter.

It's hilarious for you to say "Jordan played against Hall of Famers in their prime" because we can look at the completion of his opponents careers to say that yet put on some act that Lebron isn't doing the same thing because his opponents careers are still on going.
Those 90s squads weren't at great. Like I said...the Jazz couldn't make it through the 80s but suddenly were good enough to take on the Bulls in the Finals TWICE against the Bulls in the 90s.

I only brought up the opponents Jordan played as a counter argument to oppose yours and other cats saying the bulls played weak competition. It's just false.
We been through this, the lakers were a dynasty in the 80's, no western team was going to beat them. Winning the west 80% of the time is definitive proof of that.
