Number one, how can LeBron's offensive game "pale" in comparison? People say that because Jordan is the better scorer (and LeBron never gets mentioned as a "great" scorer) yet LeBron averages damn near 30 every night. You don't average 26-30 points per night and pale in comparison to ANYBODY.
Not to mention LeBron is a much better distributor/orchestrator of offense than Jordan.
Tbh and coming from a Bron-hater, this is true. He's never mentionned as a great scorer despite his numbers, but it may come from the fact that a lot of his points are derived from his strenghth, speed and shooting ability. Not saying those don't count, but we can't really say that Bron has as many creative ways of scoring as MJ or Kobe IMO. It's like IF (a big IF) you manage to stop Bron on his initial move or jump as high as him, you have a good chance of him not scoring that much. whereas MJ and Kobe find insane ways of putting the ball in the basket.
The offense don't run through him now?
Having a lot of assists doenst' mean he "orchestrates" the offense well. How many times have we seen the Cavs or Heat offense come to a full stop? He does have great vision and makes great passes, but I don't know that equates in him "creating" shots for his teammates.
At the end of the day, it may come down to semantics. What is "better"? Does it mean better stats? Than Bron could be "better" than Jordan, because he's stronger and bigger, plays in a watered-down league where defenses aren't really that good, and with a mini Dream Team. If it means more titles, well again that could happen, for some of the same reasons and also because Bron will probably be able to play longer thanks to better medical techniques whatever (players staying in the L til they're damn near 40 now).
But if you ask me who I want on my team, it's still

. Bron ain't showed me that heart/psycopath will to win just yet
