If you don't get the fukk outta here with this alternate history bullshyt. Yall claim all day that Kobe is this assassin that only knows how to kill shyt but blew a 3-1 lead in the playoffs and didn't shoot shyt in the second half of that elimanation game. He fukking quit and he blew a 3-1 lead. Just like he got ran off the court in and blew out in 4 games as defending champion in 2011. Yall really bout to make me shyt on a dead man. I don't want to go any further but we can take it there.
Also did we forget this:

HOW LONG WAS HE SUPPOSED TO SIT OUT?
“Our game plan was to have Kobe draw double-teams, then feed Kwame and Lamar down low, a strategy that seemed to be working” -Phil Jackson, Eleven Rings
Kobe was taking less shots and was focused on getting his teammates involved. In the regular season he averaged 31.7 scoring attempts per game, in 41 minutes. In the first four playoff games vs Phoenix, he averaged 22.4 scoring attempts per game in 44 minutes per game. He averaged 6.3 assists per game in the first four games, compared to his regular season average of 4.5. Kobe shot less and got his teammates involved, which helped them take a 3-1 lead. (Shoutout to u/MiopTop for the scoring attempts numbers)
We all know what happened in game 4. Legendary. Kobe hit two game winners. One to force overtime, the other to win it all. Kobe beats the Suns at the buzzer
What many don’t know is that the Teams mood was killed before game 5. “We didn’t celebrate for long. Hours before game 5 we learned that Kwame was being investigated for alleged sexual assault in L.A. The charges were eventually dropped, but the reports distracted the players and kept us from putting the series away in game 5.” -Phil Jackson
The Suns were able to adjust and blew out the Lakers in game 5. Heading to game 6, Phil changed plans. Now, Kobe would focus on scoring rather than getting everyone involved. This was the correct adjustment. The suns had changed their defence to handle Odom and Kwame. Now, Kobe would capitalize off of that. Kobe torched the Suns with 50 points in game 6. The plan worked. However, the Lakers could not secure a defensive rebound in the final seconds. This lead to a Tim Thomas 3 which forced overtime. The Lakers lost in OT. Had the Lakers secured the board, they most likely would have won the series. Also note the clutch bucket by Kobe to put them up by 3.
In game 7, Kobe scored 23 points in the first half. But the Lakers were down 15. I’ll let Phil Jackson explain the rest.
“At the half I told Kobe to revert to our original strategy and feed Lamar and Kwame in the post. So he dialed his game back and took only 3 shots in the second half. Unfortunately, Lamar and Kwame were missing in action and scored a combined total of 20 points, despite endless opportunities.”
That's just odds-maker's kicking LeBron. The cavs had no business being favorites.
LOL, SO YOU HAD TO PIGGYBACK SINCE YOUR EARLIER POST WAS RELATIVELY MEANINGLESS.
And what the fukk did he do in the second half? Let his team blow a 3-1 lead. You can't have it both ways. He quit and they got ran off the floor. Lebron scored 50 in a fukking Finals game and nothing in OT. Guess what? He quit. It happens.Kobe scored 23 pts in the first half of the game you're referring, he scored 18 pts in the 2nd qtr of that game. Phil Jackson explained what happened after that whether you like it or not. The Lakers won a game that series where Luke had more shots than Kobe. It's been explained a million times over Phil's strategy was to use Kobe as a decoy that series, and it worked until the role players stopped stepping up.
Kobe didnt choose none of the guys you posted in that picture except Ron Artest, and even then Kobe didnt really "pick" Artest, it was Artest who offered himself to Kobe n/h
He wanted Carmelo and got denied.
Also, I know Kobe is dead. You dumbasses clearly can only resort to mentioning that when you don't have any comeback. But go ahead and "shyt on a dead man" if you want
SO, AM I TO TAKE THAT AS A YOU DON'T KNOW?He suffered a major injury that year and played an in exhibition game that most players skip when they're dealing with injuries.
And what the fukk did he do in the second half? Let his team blow a 3-1 lead. You can't have it both ways. He quit. Lebron scored 50 in a fukking Finals game and nothing in OT. Guess what? He quit. It happens.
Secondly you don't know what moves Kobe was involved in just like you don't know if Lebron has been involed in GM moves. Its all fan-based conjecture. We all remember him giving the Lakers an ultimatium before the Gasol trade just like Lebron has done.
Yall make up narratives and twist facts to make them fit.
CASUAL TECHNIQUE ON DISPLAYARE U RETARDRD?
SERIOUS QUESTION
SO, AM I TO TAKE THAT AS A YOU DON'T KNOW?
He listened to his coach, dumbass. No one is making up shyt, this is straight from PHIL JACKSON's mouth.
and i know EXACTLY what moves Kobe was involved in because I actually follow the Lakers, you idiot. Everyone knows the fukkery Jim Buss was doing back then.
and yeah, the ultimatum is cuz they rejected the Jason Kidd trade. Go do some research you fukking bum
edit: as far as Bron and the 50 point finals game, i never said he quit. You did![]()
He quit.
or
He's not this super mental assasin and 4th quarter take over god that everybody claims he is after letting his team lose 3 straight times after being up 3-1 and getting beat by 30 in an elimination game that wasn't even competitive in the second half.
Again you can't have it both ways.
This loser doesn't comprehend basketball so he refuses to read what Phil Jackson said. Too complicated for him
