Millenials are the most self absorbed generation ever

Not all their fault. If u grew up in the social media era it's hard not to have an inflated sense of self worth
I'm not a millenial and I grew up with a lot of self absorbed people. No internet or social media back then either.

we were called Generation Y which became Millenials.

What was the period for Generation Y? I know Generation X was from 61-79 (or 80)

I think 79

I was born in 80 which apparently isn't part of a generation lol.

I feel like if you were born in the 80's at any point(maybe up until 90), you have a different view of life by this point than say a millenial.

You've seen more stuff in this world than someone who was in diapers when 9/11 happened or wasnt even born during the OJ trial.

So by the same token, if you missed most of JOrdans career and even early Kobe, then you're opinion on the NBA is just different. You also missed the big man era.

You came in post-Malice in the Palace and it's just not the same nba
People born in the 80s are millennials fam. 9/11 happened when they were in middle school. Millennials are not primarily 90s babies lol.

ATL - Cleveland Ave.
A lot of players do, including Draymond. He contradicted himself when he admitted he went back and watch Chuck and even incorporated some of the things he did into his own game, before again claiming Barkley didnt influence him lol. Didnt make any sense but we all know why Draymond was talking like that.
Lol I was confused about that. "yeah I watched him and incorporated a few things, but NAWL he didn't influence my game at all!" :dwillhuh:

Gens vary, depending on how they are assigned.
Gen X isn't 10 years in range, late 70s to early 89s.

never heard of millenials describing my age range to relatively recently, they through gen y and gen z together sometimes as millenials
Everything you're saying is wrong (aside from generations varying depending on how they are assigned). @mastermind is right. Millennial is a relatively "new term," but the people called millennials were always generation Y. The only question was where the generation ends. Basically anyone born from 1982 to 2000 is considered a millennial. It made sense when we were younger because things didn't move as fast. I used to watch 80s cartoons like Ducktales as a kid and had no idea until like 5 years ago that they were made in the 80s. Now it seems stupid because the way things move, someone who is near 30 and someone who is 21 do not overlap at all.

I dont consider myself a millenial.

To me, I always though millennials are anyone currently right now like 27-28 and under.

People who look at trash music with opinions like @CrimsonTider are millennials :scust:

80's babies are like gen y or whatever that silly term was.

He makes a great point. Alot of the newer generation doesn't respect the older legends as much as they should
They paved the way for what the NBA has become

Some of the young players think they can talk out the side of their neck at these legends :hhh:
shyt, I was born in 1990, and I made sure I knew all about my legends from 1960 till now

Side note
1:49

Shaq on his period AGAIN :mjlol:

What did Draymond say that was wrong :what:

You Team Hate Draymond nikkaz are the worst

Agreed. The entitlement nowadays is beyond insane.

Can you define this entitlement?
Joe Budden was helping that young boy.

:laff: at taking advice from fukking Joe Budden
I was talking to this 21 yr old dude a few days ago and he told me he was a big NBA fan.

Nothing out of the norm so far.

But then he started going into detail about how he 1st started watching the NBA when Kevin garnett and Paul pierce were on the Celtics.

And to myself I was like "Damn, so u just started watching bball in 2008" But he's only 21 so that means he was like 10-11 when that happened. So it's about right.

But still if you have no knowledge of the NBA pre 2008, you missed out on some major stuff

You dudes may be retarded.

You know someone born in the 70s can say the same exact shyt to you when in an NBA argument. 80s NBA was totally different from 90s

How am I wrong for saying we used to be called gen y?
It seems you literally just wanted to jump in a convo and say things without reading.
Fact of the matter is mellenials supposedly end after 93 and is just what was formerly gen y, and now there is a gen z which is supposed to be 93 and up.

Millennial is a scientific grouping. I shot on teenage music opinions too but I know what we are all still millennial they're just closer to gen z. Someone in their late 20s or early 30s is like a hybrid. We don't really have a country. Older millennial but younger than gen x. It's also why I think we are the most level-headed.
