All facts. Yeah I lived in a Bay Area for a year and moved out to DMV. Here if you're a regular educated brother with a decent job there's no shortage of sistas to feast on.I couldn't imagine why someone who's black would want to move to the Bay in 2020.I'm from SF. But black folk been leaving the Bay by the thousands for years. Gentrification been sucked the soul out of SF.
SF like DC. Hella black dimes that were natives moved to ATL, NYC etc. years ago. And I've grown accustomed to the DMV. So much black excellence out here. Unlike SF where all the black people living in roach motel projects.
And I feel like you gotta be a real boss hog making like 30 grand a month minimum to really enjoy the Bay lifestyle in 2020. You need a million dollar house, that could still be in the depths of the ghetto,
plus a fleet of fly cars and disposable income out the ass in the Bay. Out here in the DMV, nobody really trying to be killing the car game fully restored 67' Skylark on Daytons one day and brand new $100k Beamer the next, and nobody is competing to be the biggest hustler of all time without a 9-5 or on the opposite of the spectrum being the king of Silicon Valley. DMV lifestyle you doing well with a college degree, a square government job, no gamed up slick talk needed and a Tesla or a leased Audi/Range with stock rims and a $400k house in the burbs.
