Especially Tiburon and up by NovatoThe only Marin areas with concentrations of black folks are the ghettos (Marin City/Canal District). Ironically Marin City is one of the blackest census designated areas in the Bay, it's very tiny (~2,500 people) but culturally very black.

Depends. I live in the north bay now. Its hit and miss here, and varies from town to town. Where there are rural cacs (this is wine and diary country), there is bound to be racism. Moved here because of work and the fact that I could buy an affordable house. There are a couple of Confederate flag wavers in my neighborhood, but there were several BLM demonstrations in my town, too. The East Bay is truly where its at, I don't fukk with most of the rest of the Bay in 2020. For the most part the rest of the Bay is just too boring and not black enough.

All the brehs in my age group or older who still live in the city either mastermind hustlers with several high earning lucrative businesses, own houses plus brick and mortar establishments in SF plus drive fly cars old school and new school like how regular nikkas switch up they Jordans or... They still live in the projects and work some hardcore manual labor barely above federal minimum wage job like Got Junk at 35+ years old. 
The super successful brehs don't eem be messing with dimes, mostly average looking Asian, white or Latina broads 
or day one from the hood average looking black broads. The project dwelling nikkas got project bytches or ratchet hoes from all races. If you ain't really down with the swirl like that, the Bay probably ain't your best bet as a black man.

A lot of that is true but the economy is trash around the map right now, if you're a hustler then its easier to make legal hustles that depend on high concentrations of high-paid clientele happen here than the rest of the country. Vast majority of the South is only cool if you're plugged in with the right crowd or have a good job offer, legally hustling over there is hard unless you move there with some capital to begin with and incredibly strong networking skills. Goes without saying that the Midwest is trash for legal hustles unless you're flipping large volumes of land and/or real estate. The east coast has a lot of the same issues as here minus the homelessness and the incredibly high business tax rates.
