There's nowhere I would describe as a pure nice area, otherwise the prices would be up... but there's decent parts everywhere. I would recommend going out west and east and having a look around to see what looks like somewhere you'd want to live.

I'm going London for Christmas and New Years. I've written down all these areas will go to them both in the night and day and do some research.

Thanks for the help breh :salute:

Probably true. It's easier to get down south from east though, I imagine.

South is so fukkin big it swallows up everywhere else.

Wandsworth & Putney bridge :blessed: I only care about SW London. East side of London NE & SE included is the worst part of London p4p. Grime allover. No offence to the East brehs but East always been the rough part of London, afterall its where the word Hooligan originates from too

Never venture to south west, mainly because it's so fukking far.

The thing is, although east has traditionally been the worst part, it’s getting so (relatively) expensive that it’s changed/changing very fast. The center is spreading east and the east is becoming more gentrified, so the former worst places have become ok.

Thanks for the moneyweek hookup, never heard of it.

Breh every day I wish I was born 10 years earlier, these greedy Buy To Landlords fukked it up for everyone. My aunt bought a flat in East London for 88,000k in 1993 and now it's worth 340,000. SMH the baby boomers ate good because all their homes are worth a shyt ton now but those of us trying to get on the ladder. :wow:

Judging my advice I've gotten so far I'm either gonna find the last of the good in East London or head West. :wow:

What fukked the game up, was the rent to buy scheme. It was meant for the poor folk to be able to buy their homes after a while but the yuppies/middle classes snatched them all up and now we in the situation we in now

Been to Manchester 2 times and they seemed nice. These thugs look like A-rabs

Manchester is grimey. When I was there in 98. I see a gang of kids beat a kid for his bike. Well it weren't really a beatin like these brehs did, they took his bike after smashing his head with a bike lock :dead:

The thugs were most likely Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi then being Arab

True, most areas it’s the case.

Islington didn’t used to be the middle class pretend suburb that it is now in parts. Shoreditch was scum, Dalston is now becoming some hipster paradise… even Brixton got a nice vibe for the most part…. These were borderline slums back 20 – 30 years.

Wondered the same about where people go…. Think they’re still there in smaller pockets… but fukk knows where they re-locate once an area’s come up. Saying that, there are still estates in Islington and all that, just seems the overall vibe of the area is better.

You should see the arty bohemian white brehs strolling through Peckham alongside the African and Caribbean food shops :dead:
All of London will be too expensive soon enough.

I think some people moved Enfield too, I had a uncle who moved to Enfield a few years ago from Hackney Wick.

A few other people I know went to Milton Keynes and Kent too.
