English brehs, what is this Peckham area like? I always hear it's one of the roughest spots in London.

I noticed Rio Ferdinand is from there, was he getting into trouble before he was a footballer?

LISTEN TO THIS NIKKA VOICE :dead: :laff:

Anyone got contact details, i want to donate some swag.
I saw him at Liverpool Street station about 2 weeks back. He was on the up escalator, I was going down... ships in the night...

Though I did see that Maxwell guy from one of the BBs (believe it also had Science on it) at an arsenal game. He seemed like a c*nt on TV, but I took the L and dapped him up at the game.

Nah, I think Sega World was gone by the time I started to hang out around there. I've been on the N29 quite a few times back in the day and never really had any problems, lucky I suppose.

I remember one night we were going back to my friend's house in Archway by bus. My friend went to the top floor before I did. When he got there this dodgy ass looking crackhead sat next to him and started hassling him for money. Once I got upstairs and sat next to my friend the guy kinda changed his tune and left my friend alone. When he saw it was 2 of us he backed off but was still asking us for money and shyt.

I got a feeling that if my friend had been alone or if I was alone in there, we coulda had trouble.
your boy woulda been getting his dikk sucked for a tenner, no homo

Yeh that area is heavily notorious still..that & Brixton as well! Rio was from the endz it was due to football that he managed to say out of trouble from a very early age during his youth academy days..but yea his life could have aside gone another way if it wasn't for football back in the day still :manny:

I have family in East London. I've been there 3 times. Great city.

But honestly, this thread has a bad taste to it.

I click on a thread titled "be advised arrogant americans that come to london" and the first post contains a picture of a man beaten and bruised. Sure, there's a story attached to it...but is this supposed to be some sort of threat? Not all of us Americans are arrogant. I hate arrogant people of all nationalities.

So SMH @ the Londoners and Americans in this thread adding fuel to this fire built out of ignorance and xenophobia.

True, most areas it’s the case.

Islington didn’t used to be the middle class pretend suburb that it is now in parts. Shoreditch was scum, Dalston is now becoming some hipster paradise… even Brixton got a nice vibe for the most part…. These were borderline slums back 20 – 30 years.

Wondered the same about where people go…. Think they’re still there in smaller pockets… but fukk knows where they re-locate once an area’s come up. Saying that, there are still estates in Islington and all that, just seems the overall vibe of the area is better.

Dagenham, I swear they go there.

It's an absolute shythole.

Add barking and ilford to the mix.
