Possesion is 9/10ths of the law is a bunch of bullshyt y'all hear in movies. That would ONLY matter if WE found 100. You picked it up. But I tried to sue and say it was mine. Well neither of us can PROVE it was ours. So because you have it, you'd win by default

Well then it's pretty much established that it was mine. Now what his mom has to do is show some PROOF. Not oh he had told me. But paperwork. Hard evidence. That Kobe GAVE these to you, transferring OWNERSHIP. Not possession.
Again. If I let you hold my car. But the paperwork is in my name. Then legally it'll never be yours unless you can prove I said you own it now

Kobe said he is NOT suing his mom. He's suing the auction company. Saying they had no right. So now it turns into a long case of the auction company having to prove the ownership. Which would prolly make his mom have to take the stand against him for the auction company. She does that and she looks horrible
