Nikka....it could have changed alot :stopitslime:

Maybe he and the woman could have had a real conversation and decided it was best for her to move to MN. AP could have hooked up her up with a little crib somewhere near him :stopitslime: Or maybe AP coming through there often and checking the man who was spending time around his son....like fathers do....might have changed things. Maybe that coward azz dude might have been less likely to hit on that baby if he knew that baby had a 6"2, 230lb gorilla father that came around frequently :stopitslime:

I feel bad for yall sons...goddamn :scusthov:

fukk this article :pacspit:

Everyone deals with grief in a different way, AP might need football to get his mind off of this tragedy. He did this before when his brother died the day before the combine. He still participated the next day. Not everyone is the same. And in this country, the woman always has the custody rights of children even if the father is a better parent.
But hey, let's blame the guy who had nothing to do with his son dying because it makes for a better headline.

fukk out of here NY Post:camby:

The amazing thing about that article is that he showed no clear picture of ADs being a bad guy. Dude basically wrote a guilty by association article and ran with it.

But for real, this article has a lot of race undertones. I don't read Mushnick since I avoid the NY Post at all times but he's trying to be slick here. Dude probably wanted to use this for the main photo

I don't care for the article, but the topic itself is worth a discussion.

Obviously there are too many unknowns to truly judge, but unless the baby momma was like 'stay away from my son', there doesn't seem like a lot of reasons not to at least see your legitimate son sometime within in the first few months you learned of him...ESPECIALLY when money isn't an issue.

From what I heard, she didn't try to get money out of him either, she got paternity done on the dude who beat her son to death, thinking it was his, then found out it wasn't and realized it was AP's....so it doesn't feel like she was some awful gold digger either.

I imagine simply spending some sort of time with your child in his current environment would give you at least a gut feeling of his situation.

His reaction is his own, his inaction , however, had some consequences.
