Its called living life nikka it isn't that hard. Y'all ask some of the dumbest questions ever. Also, to the men who don't want kids until they are in their 40s: where will you find women who are younger than 30 to do this?

That you in the Avy?We really need to start a group!
As a young woman, I'm just curious as to where a middle aged guy will find or has found a young woman that wants to start a life with them. It's not a dumb question. Its called living life nikka it isn't that hard. Y'all ask some of the dumbest questions ever.
Its a dumb question if you were a guy but since you're a girl it makes more sense that you would ask. It still is a dumb question because if you're living life you run into these people all the time. At the gym, supermarket, friends from work/friends of friends, out and about, the club etc. That's all from the top of my head. If I can come up with that many answers like that I think its a pretty dumb question for most people. Only way it isn't IMO is if you don't go outside and live online. As a young woman, I'm just curious as to where a middle aged guy will find or has found a young woman that wants to start a life with them. 31, in great shape, strong corporate gig, own place, no kids, never married.
Like everything in life, these situations require nuance. It all depends on what you want, and honestly, what we want change from day to day. Some days I think about being married, having some kids, etc. etc. Other days, I love that when I get home from work, I just get to lay on my couch, eat a steak, and watch sports without caring about anything or anyone else. Whether or not either is better than the other, what I think I love the most is have that CHOICE.
Let's call a spade a spade. When you're a black man who has his shyt together "on paper" you can wife up a female at almost any time. I know that I could've been marred like 10 times already if I really wanted to. I bushed 2 younger females this year who would've married me at the drop of a hat.
I think it's best to do what you really want to do. I'd be lying to myself if I said I wasn't afraid of all the extra responsibility that comes with marriage and children. I basically feel that if a person really really wants to do something, they'll do it. The fact remains that deep down, I don't really want all that, at least right now. Life is on easy mode right now.
That's meThat you in the Avy?
Rihanna like
A lot of catz don't understand. I'm in a similar mode like yourself. 33, no wife, no kids, own place, nice career. I know what I want in a female and I will not settle. I'm in selfish mode right now. I go and come as I please but I'm willing to compromise if the right chick comes into my life.
What's funny is that some of my family think I'm gay because I don't have any kids. One of cousins told me that I needed to be like him and get a wife and kids. Mine you, this dude sells low budget weed and talking like he doing better than me. I'm like, dude I'm traveling and meeting beautiful women, why would I do that right now.

30s and 40s, I understand, and it makes sense. I was addressing the men who seem to have an aversion for women who are not in their 20s. It just seems like a women who is 25 dating and marrying a 38 year old would be an exception, and not a norm.it's not that hard... there's a lot of women in their mid 30s and early 40s still desired to have a child....
I guess I kind of did not believe that men in their mid to late 30s are getting women in their 20s who want something serious with them, but I think I'm just projecting, because that's not what I would want when I settle down at like 25. I could see myself dating guys who are pushing thirty or even in his early thirties, but not 35+. That's just me though, but I guess I won't know until I get to that point
Yeah your projecting but aren't we all at times? I don't think its the norm but it happens. I mean how are you going to know unless someone looks visibly older? I mean depending on genetics a 30 and a 40 yr old could look about the same age. Unless you're just going to ask right away and tbh that only happens on online dating not convo IRL between two people. I've never experienced it or saw it unless the age difference seemed obvious but if you look like your in the same age range never.I guess I kind of did not believe that men in their mid to late 30s are getting women in their 20s who want something serious with them, but I think I'm just projecting, because that's not what I would want when I settle down at like 25.
