being introverted can be a gift and a curse.

I have social anxiety and a perfectionist attitude which is basically low self esteem
It's only a curse, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Which is why I am trying to make my daughter a social butterfly so she doesn't go through the same things I went through growing up. So many missed opportunities because I was afraid to open my mouth

Fam..I used to be pretty normal like 12-14 years ago...
Then I kept slipping and now im on the ground trying to build myself back up slowly...
No one really understands unless you suffer from it..
And the funny thing is people really like me....
But I just cant handle attention well at all..

I really hate small talk. It's pointless and empty and....
But of course, if you want to be successful you have to learn art of making meaningless small talk about pointless drivel. Yeah the weather is nice/too hot/too cold/rainy- OK, now that is established, what should we talk about? Oh you like my dress? I do too, that's why I'm wearing it. I like your tie, but what's the point of me telling you that? Who the fukk cares? 
Those are my inner thoughts but I keep them too myself and play along. I think most introverts have developed an extrovert persona they put on in public because the world is, unfortunately, extroverted-oriented.

Please dont push her too hard into anything. There's nothing wrong with being introverted. You just have to know how to manage it in a extroverted world. But yes, being assertive and asking for what you want is sooooo very important in life.

Small talk is the easiest shyt to do in the world, these clowns just think they look stupid when they are doing it when they aren't at all.
They think everything has to make sense or have meaning when it doesn't have to. We are all human beings, stop acting like you are special and just live life.

Its seems pointless, but to some people it means something because you showed interest in them. So, the trick is to be less self centered, ask about the other person because people love to talk about themselves and to try to find similar interests.
It gets better with practice. Introverts need to work on active listening and not always thinking about what they are going to say next.
Dude you were brought into this world not by yourself, everything has meaning. If you always have that in mind, that you are learning from every situation no matter how repetitive or boring it is, everything will be fine.
You don't have over analyze everything, just talk. You wake up everyday and almost do the exact same things, life is repetitive, it aint that serious man. People should just learn how to live, we are social creatures by nature.
