I always give players grace with back injuries. I'm sure hooping ain't Simmons priority anymore but he still gave the Clippers good mins this year. You just can't play him late in games cause he can't shoot FTs.

You would think a basketball player who is scared to look at the rim or shoot 3’s would develop some sort of mid range jumper to keep the defense honest and avoid playing 4 on 5. I kind see where you’re coming from that he didn’t live up to his potential but Ben does have accolades that a lot of legitimate busts never even reached which is why I said he more of a disappointment than a bust
