It ain't that bad.

There's a lot of pros that come with it. If you're a guy you're already gonna age better. Just try to avoid cigarettes, drinking more than a couple times a month, and after 30 try to not eat like shyt and you should age pretty well. Oh, and don't let the sun cook you every summer. Besides me knees being fukked up from sports I actually feel more youthful in my mid 30's than I did in my mid 20's.
You'll be good breh. Like Benny said, "It's a man's world. You're at your best when you're middle aged."
I struggled to accept that. But yeah. There really is no alternative. Men definitely don't have to take aging as hard as women do. I'll shut up because this isn't Higher Learning, but I wish as a society we had a more healthy take on the positives of aging instead of everyone trying to chase the fountain of youth.
