Says the nikka with two tatted tears. GTFO that glamorization is part of the very problem he's speaking against

what hes saying is, theres a lot of unnecessary chit going on, that could've been avoided if there was an oldhead in somebody's ear.

im hearing that xxxtenacion's murder was the result of a twitter beef.

he's got a point, but he can also contribute to helping this crazy shyt as well. where are the gatekeepers of hip hop to speak up anyways? they have the power to school them and steer them out of trouble too.

Benzino... STFU. It's been outta control when 'Pac died. When Biggie died. Old heads are acting all brand new as if this is now suddenly happening. Violence and hip hop gon hand & hand since its inception. It is from the streets, created by young adults and teenagers who were into gangs. Forget this talk about hip hop was all about "peace and love". It never was, it was something people wished for and some even tried to make it as such as with Afrika Bambatta and he was the gang leader of the Black Spades at the time. DJ Kool Herc, the father of the music form, mentioned in an interview that he retired early due to losing a close friend due to violence. And these were the originators. For 40 plus years, hip hop been about the urban element, the urban way of life and with that way of life comes the violence, some of it being exploited. Many unsung and aspiring rappers, crew members were killed within those 40 years. KRS-One was on that street shyt, even put guns on his album cover of his 1st album Criminal Minded, and he changed his ways after his right hand man, Scott La Rock was killed trying to break up a street fight. Hip hop and violence ALWAYS existed and it always took away those who were on the come up or should of blown up. We still do not know Big L's killers, and Benzino NOW saying it has gotten out of hand? You mean to tell me it wasn't out of hand when HE, HIMSELF, was shot at his own mother's funeral?

Its always been out of hand, but it doesnt mean Zino and many other rappers that rapped about coke dealing and killing people cant speak about the violence in rap now...?

We need OG's to help stop the violence brehs!

Thing about structure is....if it were even possible to be enforced by minions of the corporate backed n funded sport of hip hop, then xxx shouldnt have even been allowed in in the first place...or at least kicked out jus based on the shyt he was on and saying....if we gon take it there, let's take it there

big l's killer is dead.

the difference between the big l & benzino situations is that they weren't linked to hip-hop. theyre trying to link xxxtenacion's murder to twitter beef.

Yall wanted this shytty state of hip hop.

Yall wanted bling bling; that opened the door to all this fukkery. Yall let no substance rap take over.

Once that laffy taffy shyt, along with the garbage coming out of cash money and the rest of the south took over, rap was finished.

Trap music has been dominating for over 5years.
