Because they don't go to everyone that's why.

Just like Casino's on Native Reservations, that shyt gets pocketed by those at the top or individuals who have the means to make the case for the money to go to them.

I'm not against them at all, but I know for how old some of those fukks on congress have been sitting there it ain't gonna happen.

Especially if the GOP has majority of the seats in house.

We're the only people who haven't gotten compensated for past atrocities. Plenty of other groups have gotten reparations, why can't we get a team of lawyers to get in the paper work and see what happens?
