Can't go wrong with Smith and Wesson, you can get the Sigma Series for the LO and they was sued by Glock because they used Glock design. The Sigma is basically a Glock for 1/3 of the price. I bought a 40 cal for $320 after tax instead of $680 for the Glock :leostare:

Never hated a gun as much as I hated my Sigma 40.

:ohhh: Info on them sport alterations

The second gun I showed is the Sig Sauer P229 Sport with a muzzle break on the end... Muzzle breaks are meant to stop recoil. Keep in mind this isn't the only gun that has muzzle break attachments. However Sig Sauer P229 Sport and Sigs in general are really accurate firearms. High quality weapon that requires a lot of upkeep.

why you hate it, I did a trigger job on mine, took it down to about 3 lbs on the trigger, TOTALLY different gun, that was part of the lawsuit, Glock made S&W make the trigger pull like 12 lbs or something crazy like that and they get 30% of each gun sold for like 10 yrs :lolbron:

I like using this site to compare prices and such.

Discount Guns for Sale - Buds Gun Shop

They tend to have really good deals and they'll ship to a local dealer near you. You'll have to pay the dealer a small fee where they'll do a background check, check ID, etc., then release the weapon to you. That cost is generally around $20.

if you need a gun to protect yourself and you're not doing anything life threatening, maybe you need to put more work into your presence. nobody will f*ck with you if you give off the vibe that you're not somebody to f*ck with.

i never needed a gun and don't think i ever will.

One of the main reasons was the heavy ass trigger on it, couldnt a good group. I didnt like the way it looked or felt either. This was the first polymer grip I owned. Before that I had the all metal frame Rugers.

........
Single action is a light trigger pull and double is heavy. Many advanced guns have both. Mine has a decocker so when im in single action (the hammer is ready to slam on the shell) i can put it back into double action so the trigger pull requires me to think about what im doing. In single action, you can get nervous and fire a round. In single action you can pick up your gun the wrong way and let off a round. In single action if a child finds your gun they can end their life with stupidity. My woman cannot shoot my gun in double action with her itty bitty hands and weak fingers. Good luck.

man, it's funny how dudes like you get mad but the truth is why the hell you need a gun for in the first place?

enough with the whole "i gotta protect myself". who the f*ck is coming after you? you the president or selling drugs or something? you're just scared and the question is why? if you're going to die, you're going to die. a gun isn't going to save you from your fate. ask tupac and biggie.

maybe if people stopped being super paranoid and started living life a bit more, they will realize that things aren't as bad as they think they are. just because random people get into sh!t doesn't mean it's going to happen to you. grow up. i think people riding around with guns looking for problems are people that don't need guns because they're more likely to shoot somebody for no reason.
