Neither is the building in Chicago.

That building in Midtown, you're only getting views of the Hudson or East River which is nothing spectacular. If you're in lower Manhattan, you may get views of the Upper Bay.

In Chicago, the whole east side of the city is covered in water, so most high rise condos, when you're high enough, you're getting both city and water views. And the water views are completely uninterrupted by land. Which is what I mean by the water views in Manhattan being ass.
