MATW is one of the GOAT albums. Dear Mama was groundbreaking. California Love came out in late '95.

GZA, P and BIG have claims to this year too. That One More Chance Remix was everywhere. Maybe the GOAT year for hiphop.

Man P in 95 was on another level man....his performance on the Infamous is legendary. The legendary opening lines off Shook Ones Pt. 2, Just Step, Survival of the Fittest...conceptual creativity with Drink Away The Pain...P's mic presence and swagger was unmatched, delivery was A+++....P didn't have one wack verse on this album. Pac had impact, BIG/Rae/Ghost had the streets...but best rapper? In 95? No one did it better than P.
