Well if I mainly focus on his rapping skills then he'd easily make my top 5
But other things such as poor production choices move him down to top 10
Sorry breh I don't mean to ask a lot of questions, but how would you rate Nas' discography?![]()
Classic: IWW, Illmatic
great: Lost Tapes, Stillmatic (just about)
good to subpar/trash: the rest
literally how I feel about it
I listen to select songs on Stillmatic but the other 3 I can probably play back to front, especially the classics
I feel a similar way
Lost Tapes is classic quality although I wouldn't call it a classic
God's Son and Life Is Good are also pretty good additions to his disco.
yeah I would call those good albums when I was saying the rest are good/subpar
just by comparison tho for some perspective....
Ice Cube
Classic: AMW, DC
Great: Predator, Lethal Injection, Raw Footage
good/subpar: the rest
but bearing in mind Cube has probably 2 subpar albums only
and then if we do Ghost, who has one of the best discographies in rap
Classic: Ironman, Supreme Clientele, FishScale
great: Bulletproof Wallets, Pretty Toney, More Fish
good/subpar: the rest
knowing that Ghost only has one subpar album which is Ghostdini
Or Jay would go something like...
Classic: Reasonable Doubt, The Blueprint, The Black Album
Great: Vol. 1, American Gangster
Good/subpar: the rest
Vol. 1 could go either good/subpar or great
The Dynasty is also overhated too
No.1 hour left
can Biggie catch Prodigy in 2nd place?
