Generally, I'm taking the best rapper on the best album. So it's subjective b/c it's my opinion about what the best album is and who is or isn't the best rapper.
If its not a clear cut year, I'll take into account things like impact.
I would never pick an album if I didn't personally like it. So yeah, subjective.

but frfr it was Drake, successful and best I ever had were everywhere.

I'm in NoVA so radio wise i was listening to 93.9 wkys and wpgc 95.5, they played those 2 nonstop. Maybe it was different in other areas
