Kanye West is pretty high for me, he isn't a better rapper than the likes of Ghostface Killah or Rakim but his artistry and production work is insane

I think Nas won

He won 1994 which one of the strongest multipliers of the entire series (2.0), I believe he also placed second in 1996 which had a 2.5 multiplier

On top of that, he won 2002 and placed top 5 in many other years
