here's what kills me...you type this, acting like Beyonce has sold 500K in a day (someone has), 3 million albums in a weekend (someone has), a diamond album (someone has), had a 30 million selling debut album (someone did)

all of this since 2000 - even though you don't like it, quit acting like I'm just making shyt up.

- PRISM sold the same amount as Beyonce, and let's say it didn't. one album some 4 million the other sold 5 million - that's towering over your competition? she's leaps and bounds better than Katy Perry?

another thing nobody is pointing out is that Katy Perry, Adele, Taylor Swift all have videos with over 1 billion views. Beyonce's most viewed video is 450 million. I work in digital marketing; this is huge. this is web traffic. the ability for ANYBODY to generate that type of traffic for advertising is the heartbeat of what we do...this isn't the 90's or even the 00's anymore..this matters <<< now spin that.

Who is saying that Beyonce sold 500K in a day, 3 million in a weekend, or had a diamond album or a 30 million selling debut album? Nobody's saying you're making this up. Again, I was referring to Beyonce's last album. Your claim was that nobody was buying Beyonce's albums despite her selling 5 million copies worldwide. For whatever reason you're overlooking that fact. Then you brought up Twitter followers. Katy has like 82 million followers and sold 4 million records, but you're in here propping her up over Beyonce after you used that same logic against Beyonce. Same goes for you bringing up Britney.

5 million is still 1 million more than 4 million. Whether it's towering over your competition isn't the point.

Now you're resorting to Youtube video views. What you're doing is making up your own criteria.

i work in digital marketing, a multi-billion dollar industry. this matters. look it up if you think i'm making this shyt up
twitter followers matter too

Katy perry is the most followed person on all of twitter, you are a whole fool if you think this doesn't matter to her record label and marketing execs - she's actually one of the most powerful people in the music industry because of this. again, look it up.

Beyonce' is the biggest star to niche audiences (gays, women), i'm wrong? where?

you all keep taking FACTS as shots at Beyonce' because you all are fans...

Your profession in digital marketing has what relevance to this? Honestly, the fact that Katy has all those Youtube views, she should be selling more than Beyonce, but she's not. Her being the most followed person on Twitter, according to you, should mean she should be selling more than she's selling.

Beyonce is one of the biggest stars period. The current President of the United States is a Beyonce. He even had her to sing the National Anthem at his Inaguration.

Love that the video is unapologically Black. Also like some of the subliminal messages about Katrina, Police Bruality, Black Womanhood. Also like how she got people for hating on Blue Ivy's hair because she sported an Afro/Natural look instead of the typical other looks that Black Women are forced into because of living in a white supremacy society. Shooting the video in New Orleans is definitely symbolic of Black People basically having enough with the injustices America continues to put on us. She's basically saying we have to do our thing and bulding up our own paper echoing Jada's Comments during the Oscar Drama. Promotion wise she was smart by dropping the video then performing it at the Super Bow to get it more attention. I guess a new album is definitely on the way.

It was just a beautiful Black Video. Reminds me of when Janet did "Got Till It's Gone" and recreated Apartied South Africa. As for her motives, I don't know. I just know Black People are waking up in all industries across America. Jay did just donate 1.5 Milli to the Black Lives Matter movement and they both bailed out people in B-more during the Riots. If Beyonce and Jay are waking up, to me it doesn't matter when it happens but as long as it happens. But the video was a very well done. Now the Song? that's a different story. It's only OK. The Lyrics are shaky in some parts and the beat changes are all over the place. The video made the song better to me.

This is the equivalent to Kanye's "All Day" in that she's riding a wave that just ain't meant for her. Visuals look quality but this track is sub-mediocre at best.

bytch Better Have My Money is how you do something like this and even Rihanna couldn't find a way to make it work on her album.
Beyonce is so overrated.
