I presume so. I have an older copy of windows that I used to set up win/macOS dual boot on an older intel macbook that I have.
I use UTM to run linux on my M2. I tried running non-native emulation (linux) when I first got the M2 but it was too slow.
I've settled on using UTM but I am not entirely happy with it.

MacOS is a Unix though
it is (well was) .. sort of .. but it has a lot of macOS crap on top. nothing as easy and as comprehensive as 'apt'. different security/networking. different services 'systemctl'.

Yep. A lot of companies are locking down the APIs now because of AI training, but Bluesky is still open if you want to do that. Spotify has a nice api as well
Nflfastr is a fun dataset to play around with.
