Gas prices are steadily rising to unaffordable levels to the average American and Biden's response......."People need to be driving more" :smugbiden:. I believe he is becoming senile because he just can't be this out of touch.

Which is a baffling conclusion as it ignores the energy saved in not having to prepare to go to work. The commute alone is a time sink and a drain, all before any work has begun for the day.
What does that have to do with productivity and efficiency?

Truth.

But to play Devil's advocate... some people need to either become more tech savvy or they just need to go back into the office. There are so many of our users who work from home with no home internet trying to work off of their phone hotspot calling in talking bout the system slow. Naw it ain't the system.

:mindblown: in 2022? My gawd.

Many people who suffer these commutes are spent before they've even sat at their desks, they're spending time in the kitchen making coffee and trying to decompress. It's something you've accepted as the cost of doing business because that's a part of office life. It's wasteful.

It's pretty telling that you can't imagine how commutes to and from work are negatively impacting productivity. People are in offices dreading the traffic they'll have to deal with just to get home and then all of the non-work obligations like cooking and cleaning, things wfh people can casually knock out during the same space of time you'd waste at the water cooler talking to people you wouldn't even speak to outside of work

People should have known this would happen as soon as stimulus checks stopped. They were reluctant to even give those out anyway. Covid's still around, but "get back to the office."

Look at how quickly they wanted kids back in school and airlines open (folks traveling and it's still spreading).

The most important thing isn't the personal safety of you and yours. The most important thing is getting back to work, buying expensive gas, and putting yourself at risk.

It's crazy how quickly they moved to force normalcy.

My wife does remote work and I’ve done it for a short term. Neither of us are fans :manny:

You and your wife sound like the type of people that be all up in other people business at work. Now that y'all asses have to work from home rather than in some confined ass space in close contact with others; y'all have to mind y'all own fugging business and y'all hate it. This is the opportunity for you an your wife to strengthen y'all bonds at home with each other and now you know how her boring ass fugging day went because you were sitting there.

You nosy annoying muddafuggas. :martin:

he has the economy. Unemployment is 3.8% and inflation will work itself out when supply chain gets back to normal.

But you are right, he blew a once in a lifetime opportunity to do something significant and meaningful for the people which would have helped the party in the long run with Build Back Better.

He didn’t even fight for his so-called agenda. I believe him and Manchin were in cahoots.but I can’t prove it. If politically, he dies, he dies. :yeshrug:
I think they figured that since they had somebody to blame they would still get credit without doing anything.

Can someone in this thread list the positives of working from the office?

All I have are supporting small businesses near the office, people not having to use a part of their home as a office space or having to go somewhere for privacy, training can be better for some in person, and for you people who seem to can't get social interaction from somewhere else:yeshrug:.

Is that some if you guys argument? :unimpressed:
You can hire people who you can underpay and micromanage.

said it before, as soon as you leave the house people are tapping your pockets. think about all the different industries dependent upon you leaving the house and driving around every day. These people are definitely crying about this shyt behind the scenes.
