I note that all of your pros have nothing to do with working more efficiently or being more productive. If you have the kind of job where you are supposed to be doing work while working (as opposed to sitting around being at the ready), I can’t help but conclude that working from home is less efficient for you and you are less productive. But I don’t know everything about your situation.Pros to WFH:
Cons to WFH:
- Not having to iron my clothes every morning/ night before.
- I save two hours on not having to commute.
- I save money that I don’t spend on travel, food, haircuts etc.
- I get extra hours in bed.
- Home life balance has improved.
- I don’t have to interact with nosey, gossipy, passive aggressive CACs.
- I get more chores done at home.
- I haven’t been sick once because I’m not around coughing/sneezing dirty commuters.
- I get more time to go to the gym.
- I have time to prepare and cook fresh food.
- I can indulge in other hobbies at home.
- I see my girlfriend more often.
Pros To Working in An Office:
- I see my girlfriend more often.
Cons to working in an office:
- I get to perv from the sidelines looking at the young talent.
Not really selling me on this Sleepy Joe.
- Everything.
Right. We have Biden because he had the best chance to appeal to the voters needed to beat Trump.Nah, there were way too many people ready to get him out. That's why we have Biden. Not because Biden is/was a better candidate.
Or maybe you’re making an assumption. Why would any of my pros have to do with what benefits the company? My productivity has remained the same, so it would’ve been redundant of me to comment on it.I note that all of your pros have nothing to do with working more efficiently or being more productive. So all promotions stopped in the last two years?![]()
Notice how that wasn’t taken into consideration? That’s how these management/ceo types think. They’re less concerned with our well being and care more about the output, seeing us as mere commodities and rather than human beings.Which is a baffling conclusion as it ignores the energy saved in not having to prepare to go to work. The commute alone is a time sink and a drain, all before any work has begun for the day.

Right. A lot of democrats were cheering and applauding Biden when he was trying to force private companies to make their employees take a vaccine or lose their jobs. That was hilarious to them at the time.
