It's a virus that is seasonal. You get it or you don't. Mandating a medical procedure, regardless of how minor it is, is something that you just don't do.

There's a huge difference in administering vaccines during the middle of a pandemic versus administering a vaccine when herd immunity has already been achieved. Oddly enough two of the vaccines that you named (chicken pox and polio) provide non sterilizing immunity and also have lower efficacies then Pfizer and Moderna. shyt, the polio vaccine efficacy is actually in the 70% range.

The main thing that each of them have going for them is that 90%+ of US citizens has been innoculated for each of them

"administering a vaccine during a pandemic" becomes burdensome when the goal involves other agendas not dealing with helping people.
