At one point, I had 8ball, 3000 and Ceelo on the same level. 3000 is top three on my list so thatโ€™s how highly I think of 8ball.

He reminded me of a southern Biggie. Puff even tried to get him to go solo and sign with him.

as an artist I love Big Boi solo work. I still prefer 8-Ball. what I never understood was how MJG was so fukkin underrated especially when compared to Ball. MJG had the voice and flow. I remember I was working in the record store and I ordered about 30 of his debut CD and only sold like one of em and we had to return most of them and just keep like 3. also didnt help that we had it on the feature stand cacs were complaining about the rebel flag.

Lost is the best solo album of either easily...but 8ball stopped makign music man. big boi still goign strong for years
