Do tricep exercises as much as biceps. That creates a balanced physique. Unbalanced is too much bicep and no tricep. That's what I refer to as the Abercrombie and Fitch look.

Work the long head and short head of the bicep. Too often, beginners focus on short head. To hit the long head, fully extend your arms while doing curls.

Yeah some people just got that old look.
He is a personal trainer for athletes. The Youtube money is probably just throwaway money.

Idk if im locking out, but I do have my arm fully lowered when I do curls. Should I have my arms more bent?



please if you do this do not swing. you will end up with golfers elbow. i personally advise against locking out period

locking out means you cant extend any further. you should never go beyond still having just a little bend. your bicep is fully stretched with just a little bend
Exactly, as a rule of thumb you shouldn't lockout for any exercise. There isn't one I can think of that it is good for.

What body part do you workout each day?

Your biceps get a good workout, when you train your back and you can throw in some curls on your back day. I also throw in curls on my leg days.

I do around 4 sets of 21s, also the # of sets depend on how I feel.
