Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 being unfinished.

Despite the few issues with the story if it had been completed it would of been a pretty solid game and would of kept the main series afloat with the semi-serious tone that Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 were known for.

Instead they went to a more childish route and limited their buyers to a more younger audience and missed a chance for Sonic to continue onto the newer mature gen.

2015 coming to a close has me thinking about the past a lot. What are some of the biggest mistakes made in gaming history you remember?
The whole concept of modern DLC

instead of adding to the game, its charging you separately for the game

It doesn't hurt the pirates, but, the actual buyers
