these last few years Compton's homicide rate has dropped, I think there wuz only a record low 22 homicides in Compton last year (2012), 22x4 (population size 100,000 to 400,000) = 88

so unless Oakland had 176 homicides (which it never had in its history) then it ain't double Compton's
