@Xtraz2 28% of oakland 175 homicides is 49...49 homicides did not happen outside of east and west oakland nikka...i don't know where you got that from but it's bullshyt...84 homicides in the east out of 175 would be less than half of the homicides in oakland...anybody that know anything about the town knows majority of the homicides is in the east because it's the biggest hood in oakland...take them skewed numbers somewhere
