F*CK is wrong with some of you??

THERE IS NO COMPARISON!!!

BOTH ARE DIFFERENT TYPE OF ARTIST!!! ONE IS THE GREATEST PRODUCER AND ONE IS THE GREATEST MC OF ALL TIME!!

this is apples and oranges come on now! :snoop:

Ol' I'mma just be mr. safe answer ass muthaphukka :stopitslime:

I agree with all of this except the greatest MC thing but even still... BIG doesn't even have an extensive enough catalog to compare with Dre

They both have two albums

Impact? Dre

Better songs? Big

Dre's albums don't even have a 50% batting average for classic songs brehs. Check the two track lists:

1. The Chronic (Intro)
2. Wit Dre Day (And Everybody's Celebratin')
3. Let Me Ride
4. The Day the nikkaz Took Over
5. Nuthin' But a "G" Thang
6. Deeez Nuuuts
7. Lil' Ghetto Boy
8. A nikka Witta Gun
9. Rat-Tat-Tat-Tat
10. The $20 Sack Pyramid
11. Lyrical Gangbang
12. High Powered
13. The Doctor's Office
14. Stranded on Death Row
15. The Roach [The Chronic Outro]
16. bytches Ain't shyt

1. Lolo (Intro)
2. The Watcher
3. fukk You
4. Still D.R.E.
5. Big Ego's
6. Xxplosive
7. What's The Difference
8. Bar One
9. Light Speed
10. Forgot About Dre - (featuring Eminem)
11. The Next Episode
12. Let's Get High
13. bytch nikkaz
14. The Car Bomb
15. Murder Ink
16. Ed-Ucation
17. Some L.A. nikkaz
18. Pause 4 Porno
19. Housewife
20. Ackrite
21. Bang Bang
22. The Message

I love Dr. Dre so I don't want to agree with this and his legacy had grown to project an aura that blinds us from this . . we would think that both of these albums are top to bottom the same magnitude as the hit records we love him for . . but if you compare the catalogs there's more consistency in Big's but Dre's hits have greater magnitude . . although "Hypnotize" is one of the biggest crossover hits in hip-hop probably right under "Real Slim Shady"

this whole thing with consistency... 2001 was fukkin bangin, the chronic is GOAT material... have u guys heard life after death? its the fkn definition of an inconsistent album... come on now... could have easily been whittled down to a one disc banger, but half is filler...

more like quik>>diamond d. or buckshot for that matter...

Diamond D > NWA

this is where being from the west becomes a hindrance. You all have faulty modes of acceptance rap wise (ears). y'all nikkas was 3000 miles away.

ITS A TIE:

- the chronic is arguable the goat album, while "ready to die" would be lucky to cracky my top 30.
- both have overrated ass sophomore albums that have classic hype rather than classic music. but at least biggie's joint had influence, legit impact & more classic songs. dre 2001 was wasnt poppin in the streets like that.

the chronic >>> ready to die
dr dre 2001 <<< life after death
